UNBAILED PET BOTTLES
Some raw materials are purchased in its original state as they are gathered.
BAILING PROCESS
This is the process of compressing (bailini)the raw materials into manageable size to ease transportation or processing.
BAILED BET BOTTLES
These are the batch bailed products in our company premises.
SORTING PROCESS
The unbailed raw materials are sorted in our premises to remove unwanted materials, labels and caps before bailinig or crushing.
SORTED PET BOTTLES
The raw materials are sorted into bags as shown.
CRUSHING PROCESS
The sorted or bailed raw materials are fed into the crusher for processing.
FINISHED PRODUCTS
The PET bottles are crushed into small sizes as shown before bagging and selling.
BAGGED FOR EXPORTS
The finished products are bagged ready for transportation and selling.
